Bored of Black? Try Navy!
Is navy blue the new black? Probably not, BUT it is pretty close! I love black, and could wear it every day, but this winter, I’ve been wearing a lot of navy as a versatile staple color in my wardrobe. Check out some of my favorite navy looks below that are perfect for office.
Navy Wrap Dress
This dress by Karen Kane is one of my all-time favorite dresses for work. It’s so flattering and comfortable, and also super professional looking.
It is so hard for me to find pants that actually fit well and look good. These pants from Ann Taylor are one of my favorite pairs of pants for work. They’re stretchy, but don’t lose shape, and they come in a variety of different “fits” such as modern, curvy or classic, for different body types.
This jumpsuit is so great for work. Wear it by itself when it’s warmer or throw a cardigan over it for the colder months. It was created by a new designer brand called, Sum of the Parts (SOTP) and they specialize in women’s work wear. This jumpsuit is so comfortable and very well made. Check them out!
Navy Silk Blouse
This navy silk blouse seamlessly transitions from work to play. Wear it with skirts or pants for work, or pair with jeans for a more casual outfit. You really can’t go wrong with what you pair this with! I got this blouse a long time ago from J. Crew, but have linked to a similar one below from Lilly Pulitzer.
