I am so excited that it’s finally sweater weather! This is one of my favorite looks lately, though I haven’t been able to wear it much because it’s been so warm! This skirt was a great find from Nordstrom, (Halogen brand). It’s sold out now, but it’s left in a few sizes at Nordstrom Rack (link below) and is only 25 dollars! Since the skirt is in limited sizes, I also linked to a few other really gorgeous fall skirts. I’m really liking this “midi” length that seems to be trending now. It’s a nice length that translates well to the office and to events outside of work. For example, I wore this skirt to a bar mitzvah celebration last weekend and have been wearing it to dinner/cocktails as well.

As for the top half, I am wearing an amazingly soft cashmere sweater (under $100) from Nordstrom. (Also linked below). I threw on over top of it a light duster that I originally bought from MM.Lafleur. They are currently sold out of it, so I liked some similar items below. What I love about this combo is that the two tan colors are slightly different, but they create a very nice monochromatic look when paired together and then the deep hue of the skirt gives it this really nice pop. It’s a really nice layered look for work, especially on a cold day! In the winter, this skirt will look good with knee high boots too!
